Ajutor
An assembly is a group of members of an organization who meet periodically to make decisions about a specific area or scope of the organization.
Assemblies hold meetings, some are private and some are open. If they are open, it is possible to participate in them (for example: attending if the capacity allows it, adding points to the agenda, or commenting on the proposals and decisions taken by this organ).
Examples: A general assembly (which meets once a year to define the organisation's main lines of action as well as its executive bodies by vote), an equality advisory council (which meets every two months to make proposals on how to improve gender relations in the organisation), an evaluation commission (which meets every month to monitor a process) or a guarantee body (which collects incidents, abuses or proposals to improve decision-making procedures) are all examples of assemblies.
COVERYOURSOIL Circle
A collaborative SoilTribes circle for regenerative soil ecosystems and farmer-led knowledge exchange
Despre această adunare
COVERYOURSOIL is a collaborative circle within the SoilTribes community where farmers, researchers, practitioners, and citizens exchange knowledge, explore regenerative practices, and co-develop solutions for healthier soils and resilient ecosystems.
The COVERYOURSOIL Circle is a collaborative space within the SoilTribes community dedicated to strengthening regenerative soil ecosystems through shared knowledge, dialogue, and collective experimentation.
The circle connects members of the SoilTribes Community of Practice — including farmers, researchers, practitioners, educators, and citizens — who are interested in improving soil health, restoring ecosystems, and supporting regenerative agriculture.
Rather than operating as a traditional institution, the COVERYOURSOIL circle functions as a community-driven collaboration space, where participants share experiences, explore solutions, and contribute to the development of regenerative practices that respond to real challenges in different territories.
Through discussions, knowledge exchange, field experiences, and collaborative projects, the circle supports learning across disciplines and communities. Local initiatives and experiments can be documented, discussed, and shared so that insights from one place can inspire action elsewhere.
By connecting practical experience from farmers with scientific research and community knowledge, the COVERYOURSOIL circle helps the SoilTribes community build a deeper understanding of soil ecosystems and develop regenerative pathways that are adaptable and locally grounded.
Scopul acțiunii

Its main purposes are to:
create a collaborative space for members of the SoilTribes community to exchange experiences and knowledge about soil regeneration
support farmer-led experimentation and learning around regenerative practices
connect scientific research, local knowledge, and community initiatives
discuss challenges and opportunities related to soil health, biodiversity, and regenerative agriculture
encourage cooperation between different actors working on soil ecosystems across Europe
The circle aims to nurture a living community of practice around regenerative soil stewardship.
